Design course materials for a construction and design workshop based in San Diego. The workshop will run for five months and is held in conjunction with the San Diego City Central Public Library and in collaboration with Benny Sy of MA Engineers. The workshop series is offered free-of-charge and geared toward at-risk and underprivileged students in the San Diego community. Participants will be taught and work through real-world projects to learn and develop construction design skills, with an emphasis on building a job-ready portfolio in the field.

Created and taught chemistry course designed to provide incoming freshmen from underserved communities with the chemistry knowledge and skills required to excel in their undergraduate courses. The course runs the summer prior to to their arrival on campus.
